When you sweat the area under your breasts collect the sweat and the bacteria and toxins that are released from your body begin to multiply. This leads to a foul sour smell that emits from your body. It is easy to control odor from any other parts of your body as the air dries out the sweat and does not cause any foul smell; this is difficult with the area under the breasts as it is always covered.
Hygiene is the only way to control the odor. When you bathe you must wash the area well. This will help to get rid of the dirt, sweat and oils that collect in the area. You must also change your lingerie daily, twice a day if you are prone to sweating. Never wear the same bra more than once as it carries the bacteria and toxins that are released from your body when you sweat. You must also wash your lingerie in warm water. This will help to get rid of the odor causing bacteria. Use mild bleach or a liquid that helps to fight germs.
Make sure that the area is dry; after a bath wipe the area well. When you sweat wipe the area with a clean towel to get rid of the germs and bacteria. Remember to use a mild soap when you bathe to prevent skin irritation.
Use a deodorant or perfume on the area. Do not spray any products on your lingerie but use a perfumed cream or deodorant on the skin under the breasts. Do not use any moisturizer though as it will lead to germs multiplying in the area.
Use camphor in your bath water. Dilute a few pieces of camphor in your bath water and use it to bath. Alternatively you could also use aromatherapy essential oils in your bath to help to get rid of any odor caused due to perspiration. Lavender oils and rose oils are considered to be effective for skin related conditions and they help to control perspiration; thus helping to prevent any odor related disorders. You can try other oils as you wish. The oils will linger on your skin and prevent any odor from emitting.
