Everyone ages and a huge part of aging is wrinkles, fines lines and crow’s feet. The main factors that contribute to aging are exposure to the sun and lack of hydration. Fortunately for use we can effectively avoid wrinkles and look younger.
One of your main goals should be the elimination of toxins from your system. Drinking plenty of water daily will help you to do that. Avoid smoking as the smoke that your release from your nose and mouth causes crow’s feet and fine lines around your eyes. Drinking too much alcohol can have the same effect as smoking so it must be avoided as far as possible. Do not eat fried foods and fast foods.
Avoid sun bathing or natural tans. While visiting the beach; make sure you have protective lotion on all over your body. The sun is a major factor in adding age spots, freckles and wrinkles on your skin.
Use an exfoliating cream on your body once a week. This helps to eliminate dead skin cells from your body and cleans the skin from deep within. Use a moisturizer that suits your skin type. Anti aging products after your 20’s is a good idea. Apply tinted moisturizer instead of foundation and use a concealer. At night slather on huge amounts of moisturizer on your skin. Wash your face and body with milk regularly.
Watching your weight will help you. Don’t get over weight or obese as fluctuations in your weight lead to wrinkles and other signs of aging.
Vitamins A and E helps to improve the texture of your skin and improve the elasticity in it. Eat plenty of fruits and green vegetables. Orange juice is a good source of Vitamin C and gives an instant boost to your body and skin. It provides the skin with natural oils and boosts the renewal of new skin cells.
