Exercising for a few minutes daily is extremely vital to your body. Exerting your body for 20 to 30 minutes daily will have a positive impact on your body.

Sleep well at night. You need to ensure that you rest for 6 to 7 hours daily. This means that you have undisturbed sleep for those hours.
