How to Rejuvenate Yourself and Reduce your Stress Levels
What is stress?
It is the inability to cope with a situation or a number of conditions that you are faced with. In most cases lack of decision making abilities leads to a stressful life.
In our lives stress acts as a shadow, a friend that does not leave us alone. We accept it as a part of our lives and thus it weaves a web into our lives. While most of us try to manage our stress levels there are times when we crack under pressure. In this case we either have an emotional or physical breakdown. Both of these can be extremely damaging to our mental health. Stress is caused by work pressure, family, finances and inability to achieve ones goals. The fact of the matter is that we are human beings and there is never a possibility to lead a life without stress.
Techniques to reduce your stress levels
When you hit the peak of your stress levels and you are about to have an emotional melt down; you need to stop, take a deep breath and walk away from the place that you are at in order to avoid further stress.
Deep breathing or meditation is a technique that will help you to reduce your stress levels drastically. Take a long calm walk on the beach or swim in the ocean. The waves have a positive effect on your body. The pressure that the waves exert on your body causes a calming sensation on your senses.
Massages are also a good way of relaxing your senses. Exerting pressure on your pressure points and a back massage in particular helps to reduce the levels of stress drastically.
If you suffer from chronic stress then you need to focus on the positive aspects of life and walk away from the negatives. If you are stressed out at work; keep pictures of loved ones at your desk or a recent vacation that will help to take your mind of work place stress. If conditions in your personal life are getting to you then take time out to sort things out.
Remember, high stress levels can lead to high blood pressure, increases the chances of heart related disorders and can cause mental imbalance as well.

Thanks for the good advice. In such a hectic life, we do face stress. Stress has lots of negative effects. It badly affects our health. Do not make any wrong decision under stress. Get relaxed, do meditation, it will surely help. I will try massaging.
