Before we get into the treatments of skin rashes, let’s discuss the reasons for these inflammations. These rashes are generally certain spots that appear on skin. Due to these rashes, the skin color or texture might be affected. It is a very common thing and happens to almost everyone.

There are varieties of skin rashes that occur at certain age. Infants are mainly affected with Diaper rash, children suffer from chicken pox and ringworm, acne is common with teens, adults get rosacea and psoriasis, and seniors bear shingles and scabies. Infections of skin rashes can be divided into viral, bacterial, parasitic and skin fungus. Healthy skin reflects healthy body. Thus, we must take care of our skin properly.

Skin Care
There are quite a few inexpensive means that can help us to take proper care and maintain healthy skin. If you are mildly affected with skin rashes, use the following precautions:

-Use warm water to bath and apply mild soap.
-Clean the affected area gently and do not scrub.
-Don’t take too long under shower, it can dehydrate skin. Quick shower is recommended.
-Pat-dry your skin and do not rub as it can take away essential natural oils.
-Soon after pat-dry, apply moisturizer. Avoid strong and highly-perfumed moisturizers.
-Get a moisturizer with emu oil components. Emu oil comprises natural ache-reducing, bacteriostatic, and anti-inflammatory elements, which helps to avoid scarring and facilitates quick-healing
-Allow air-circulation over the area affected with rash. Don’t let your skin dry, it can cause irritation in the affected area

Food Habits
Having food with rich fiber ingredients can keep constipation away. Constipation is very dangerous for certain skin rashes like psoriasis and eczema. It is better to slow down on spicy food intake and increase the consumption of water to a sufficient level.

Our body can triumph over persistent and sharp skin rashes if we are able to achieve detoxification, physiological balance and immune system support. However, it is always advisable to consult dermatologist, if you get mild symptoms of skin rashes.
