In order to manage your appetite you must set aside a fixed time where you eat your meals. If you are suffering from a loss of appetite then you may not eat till you are hungry; this is harmful to your body as it can lead to lack of energy. Grind ginger to form a paste and mix it with honey and eat a spoon of this in the morning; this will regulate your bowel movements and increase your appetite naturally. You could also add a piece of ginger to your cup of tea; it enhances the taste of the tea as well as it helps to improve your appetite.

If you notice a drastic change in your body weight due to the lack of appetite then you must visit a doctor immediately. This may be a symptom of a serious illness and you must address it immediately.
