Patient should be given a balanced diet containing a limited carbohydrate contents, fats and proteins. Liberal quantity of grains, fruits and vegetables can be included in the diet of an asthma patient. Air, sun and water are other good healing agents.

Breathing exercise, occasional enema and regular fasting for a week can also do best in curing the disease. Keep your home free from all types of allergens that can cause asthma.Avoid perfumes and other cosmetics that irritate your child. Taking vitamin B6 and B12 rich food items can reduce asthma, as these are essential vitamins in curing asthma.
