Surgery has both physical as well as emotional impacts on children. Thus, it is important to lookout for other alternatives. Providing children with proper diet is very crucial. Daily consumption of food must include considerable amount of fiber, which can be provided in the form of lentils and beans. Fresh vegetables and fruits are must. Drinking lots of water and increasing fluid consumption is very necessary. When the amount of fluid is higher in the body, the stool gets softer and passes easily without causing pain.

If your child is suffering from hemorrhoids, make sure that you keep the area clean every time. Use wet toilet paper or soft clothes to clean the area. You can try to provide bath to your child for number of time everyday as it help to lower the irritating pain of hemorrhoids.
