On the other hand, such patients should also take about 80% of alkaline food items and about 20% of acidic food items for the purpose of restoring their lost physical vigor and vitality. For the sake of quick recovery, the patients of seborrheic dermatitis must make efforts to consume homemade foods cooked with least natural cooking oil and minimum spices. The habit of taking cooked foods from outside like, from hotels and restaurants, should be discarded.
