The oil contains Vitamin A, E, B and can be used as an anti aging product. It can be used to heal sun burnt skin, on cracked skin and on dried skin. It is best to use the oil on dry knees and elbows, on the face when it begins to show signs of aging and on your hands and legs. In order to get he benefits of the oil you need to apply it the right way so that the oils are absorbed by the skin.

Before you use the oil you need to exfoliate that part of your body. Use a mild body scrub or use sugar granules in your favorite moisturizer. You could also use a wash cloth, loofah or a pumice stone if you are using the oils on your feet.

Use warm water when you are exfoliating your skin. Once you have gotten rid of the dead skin cells from your body you are on your way to increasing its beauty with the help of almond oil. Dry your skin after the wash. Use a towel and pat yourself dry, avoid rubbing your skin; this will cause you some degree of damage.

Do not use too much oil. With the help of a dropper pour a few drops of the oil on your palm and massage this oil onto the desired area. Make sure that you do not use too much oil as it will clog your pores. You need to then massage the oil into your skin for a few minutes. Use your fingers to apply pressure to the area. Do not force too much pressure but use gentle strokes to massage the oil into your skin. Continue to massage till all the oil is absorbed by the skin. It is best to use the oil at night so that your skin is able to absorb all the oils and benefit from it.
