While using an aromatherapy product, ensure that it doesn’t have any negative effect such as irritation, suffocation etc. In case these symptoms are found, you should avoid using that particular type of essential oil. Moreover, in case of direct inhalation the essential oil should not be used if the skin at or around the affected area is broken. It may lead to other complications.
