Whole grain toast contains vitamin B complex. Eating a toast for breakfast will give you a boost of Vitamin B and works as an anti stress agent. As an aid to stress management the toast also helps to regulate your digestive system.

Dark chocolate acts as a muscles relaxant. This is because of the presence of magnesium in the chocolate. 2 ounces of the chocolate is sufficient to keep your anxiety and mood swings in check.

You also need to include plenty of fruit and vegetable juices in your diet in order to be able to keep your anxiety levels in check. This will also make sure that you get the appropriate amount of vitamins, minerals and most importantly protein; something that you body requires to control stress levels. Eggs are a great food option for you to be able to control your anxiety. The rich protein in the food helps to keep your stress levels in check and also maintains your calm and composure.
