How to Use Green Tea for a Healthier Life
Green tea is known to be a calming soothing scent that is used in various aromatherapy practices to help soothe the senses. It is also known to be an effective cure for your heart related disorders. Heart related disorders are a common cause of death and the lifestyle that we lead these days does not do much to help us in prolonging our life span.
Sipping on a warm cup of green tea helps to reduce the risk of heart related disorders. The tea is a rich source of anti oxidants and it helps to lower your cholesterol levels and your blood pressure drastically.
Obesity is a cause of increased risk of heart disease. Fortunately helps to reduce weight and hence is indirectly connected to reducing your risk of a heart attack. If you drink a cup of the tea with your meals you have a chance of burning more calories as the caffeine in the tea increase the body functions thereby burning calories quicker.
Green tea is also known to enhance your immune system. Since it has anti oxidants there is a way to stop the free radicals and hence you have a stronger immune system.
Green tea is known to be one of the most practical cures for cancer these days. It is known to prevent and cure all forms of cancers especially in any organs related to the digestive or urinary tract. During chemotherapy in cancer treatment green tea helps the white blood cells. Research has proven that it is known to cure lung, breast, stomach, rectal and colon cancers.
The tea is a rich source of fluoride. This helps to prevent dental mishaps like cavities and it plague. Children who drink a cup of green tea daily have lesser cavities than those who do not.
The tea is also known to aid thinning of the blood which helps to prevent unhealthy clotting. It helps to relax the blood vessels.
