Use the oil to massage the aching knees and other joints. Pour a few drops of the oil on your palms and then massage it onto your knees in circular movements. Make sure that you apply slight pressure to your knees with your finger tips. You also need to increase intensity. Massage the knees for 15 to 20 minutes and then let the oil stay for about half an hour. After that use a hot towel on your knees and let the steam relax your body. This will help to ease the stress in your joints. You could also use a hot compress instead of a hot towel.

After about 30 minutes of applying a hot compress you can wash off the oil form your body. Use warm water to clean your skin. You can use soap if you wish. Towel dry the area after the wash and then apply a hot compress to it once again. This time you can use it for merely 15 minutes. After this entire treatment you will notice that you are absolutely free of the pain in your knees.
