How To Use Natural Remedies For Heat Strokes

Peppermint oil is also effective. You can add a drop to water and drink it or you can use a few drops at the back of your ears and on your temples for immediate relief. If you do not have the oil then you can chew on a mint based gum; it will give you instant relief as well.
In order to take care of the internal inflammation you can also soak plums in water until they become soft. Then with the help of your fingers you must mash them in the water and drain the water and drink the fruit flavored water. It will help you to calm your body instantly.
You can also apply a paste of peppercorns and coconut milk to your chest to get rid of the burning sensation in your chest.
