How to Utilize the Benefits of Healthy Breakfast
There are numerous benefits of healthy breakfast. It helps people of all ages. Though, it is a strange fact that seventy people out of hundred skip breakfast regularly. Breakfast induces energy and helps us to stay fit. It works exceptionally well in the filed of weight management. Not only that, good breakfast also builds our concentration power as well as problem resolving capability. Food work as fuel in out body and eating a healthy breakfast helps us to enjoy healthy lifestyle and long life.
Why people skip breakfast?
There are quite a few factors but generally, we don’t feel like eating in the morning or we are too busy to sit for breakfast. This results in long gap and thus we eat full meal in late afternoon or evening. This is a very unhealthy practice that gradually destroys our digestive system. Early morning, when we get up, the level of blood sugar and glucose in our body remain at their lowest. If we take breakfast with glucose ingredients, it can work wonders for our central nervous system and brain. Thus, we won’t feel irritated or tired during the mid-course of the day.
Stop giving excuses
Time is not a factor as it does not take hours to have a bowl of cereal. Fear of gaining weight is a myth as healthy breakfast works brilliantly to maintain proper weight of the body. It is fine if you don’t like eating heavy food in the morning. Start small and just have two toasts of grain bread and a fruit. Fruits are wonderful for breakfast and it also gives you great variety to choose from. Another alternative is having a glassful of fruit juice. Cheese pizza and orange juice are so delicious. Mixing grilled vegetables with cilantro and beans and cheese as topping is also very yummy. Try to avoid caffeine.
As per American Dietetic Association, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I hope that the importance of breakfast has been well conveyed through this article. Please do not skip breakfast.

This notion of breakfast being the most important meal of the day is a monstrously overhyped myth, and I have NO hesitation in saying so. Furthermore, hyperbolic, vague assertions like “This is a very unhealthy practice that gradually destroys our digestive system” serve no purpose, and actually have no meaning, unless you care to expand upon “destroys our digestive system.”
Experts who agree with me include Dr. David Levitsky, Professor of Nutrition at Cornell, and Mark Mattson, Professor of Nutrition for the National Institute of Aging. I don’t have time to get into this further, but as a rare longterm weight loss success story, I feel I have to chime in with my perspective.
