A good health is the greatest asset of a man. A healthy body is said to be an ideal home for a healthy brain and a healthy brain makes all the desired and great things to happen in this world. Thus, a good health helps a man to enjoy a happy life. However, maintaining a good health in today’s environment is not a child’s play. You need a great care to keep yourself fit and healthy. There are a number of health issues associated with men’s health. A regular exercise, a balance diet and avoiding excessive drinking are the basic factors required to maintain a healthy body.

The very basic health issue associated with men’s health is the stress and depression due to work load at offices and a desire to uplift in the society. Drinking has been another hot issue associated with men’s health. Stress and depression leads to many disorders including constipation, headache, restlessness, sleeplessness etc. However, these physical discomforts can be cured by simple home based remedies and with a little effort you can enjoy a great stress free life.

If you are not able to enjoy a deep sleep during night, it may be the result of stress and depression. Different methods are used to avoid sleeplessness for example a warm bath before going to bed, relaxing mind for 10-15 minutes before going to bed, taking short nap in the afternoon etc. If you drink alcohol you should avoid drinking. This may help in reducing sleeplessness. Taking herbal tea before going to bed is also helpful in reducing sleeplessness. There are a number of other home remedies to avoid stress. However, if you still have problem of sleeplessness, you should consult a doctor.

Drinking alcohol is a major concern related to men’s health. Taking too much alcohol gives the adverse results and leads to many health complications. Taking alcohol in limited amount is not bad, but excessive consumption of alcohol is always very dangerous as it leads to the problems like liver disorders, brain damage, high blood pressure, heart problems etc. So while taking alcohol you should ensure that the amount you are taking is safe for you and it may not damage your health in any respect. Apart from your physical health alcohol may damage your social health. Therefore, it is always advisable to drink alcohol in a limited amount or the best way is to avoid alcohol.
