Fiber: It is always vital that one must compulsorily add fiber to his / her regular diet. Large intake of fresh green vegetables as well as fresh fruits on a regular basis is in itself a fiber-rich diet. But fiber alone cannot cure constipation. With fiber rich diet one has to consume plenty of water else the constipation can become worse.
Walking: It is thought as an effective way of treating constipation. The sufferer needs to walk for at least an hour on a regular basis. This exercise helps in the smooth passing of the bowels.
Warm milk: The suffering individual needs to drink a glass of warm milk just before going to sleep. In the morning he / she is bound to have smooth movement of stool.
