Almost every today is well aware about the problem of back pain. This problem can occur at any stage of our life. However in some cases the pain is mile while in some cases it is beyond the tolerable limit. It has become one of the most common neurological problems in recent years.

The problem is very common in people above age group of 60 and in people whose occupation involves tough physical activity or long hours sitting or standing.
