Natural Remedies For Abdominal Pain

The sting that is felt in the stomach is called as abdominal pain or stomach ache. In general, the pain that starts off from the organs (small intestine, liver, pancreas and colon) of the belly is known as abdominal pain.

Ginger

Mix a teaspoon of fresh ginger juice with ½ a teaspoon of clarified butter and intake this juice. This helps in curing the abdominal pain instantly. Again intake of fresh grated ginger with a teaspoon of lime juice just after having the food also helps as a natural remedy to abdominal pain. Another good natural remedy is by extracting the juice of fresh ginger and applying it to the bottom of the belly by massaging it gently. This cures stomach ache instantly.

Mint juice

Another effective natural remedy is the mixture of a teaspoon of mint juice and lime juice and to it a pinch of black salt and a few drops of ginger juice need to be added. This mixture intake helps in alleviating the pain naturally. Again one has to extract a teaspoon of fresh juice from the mint leaves and add this juice in a cup of water. Then the mixture though not tasty has to be drunk. It provides immediate relief to abdominal pain.

Ajwain seeds are good for stomach problems. One has to boil a teaspoon of ajwain seeds in a cup of water for about five minutes. Drink this mixture after adding together a touch of common salt and straining this mixture in a tea strainer.
