Walk on Grass Barefoot
Always try to walk barefoot on the grass in a park whenever you find time. The best time to walk in the park would be morning just before sunrise as the air is fresh, clean and healthy.
Since the cars and vehicles ply much less in the early morning, there is hardly any pollution in the atmosphere. Many studies have shown that walking barefoot on the grass can help in improving the vision.
Wash your eyes
Washing your eyes with normal water or cold water at least thrice daily can also be an effective way to improve the vision. It is best to wash your eyes once in the morning, once in the afternoon and once at night, just before going to bed. It helps to keep the eyes fresh and active.
Yoga is extremely helpful for eyes. There are a number of yoga exercises that help to improve eye vision if practiced regularly for a period of about 10-15 minutes.
Inhale through the right nostril by gently pressing the left nostril with the help of thumb. Then hold the breath for a period of about 8-10 seconds depending upon the capability and now gently press the right nostril with the thumb and exhale from the left nostril.
Repeat the same procedure with the left nostril as was done to the right nostril. This exercise helps to improve the eye sight vision if continued at least for a period of three months.
