Migraines are a neurological condition where a person suffers from constant headaches. Typically a migraine lasts for 4 to 5 hours and it is characterized by severe pain in one part of the head. You can never go wrong with a massage. Dip your finger tips in lavender oil and then massage your forehead and scalp in a circular motions. This increases blood circulation and the oil helps to get rid of the migraine.
For instant relief you must mix equal portions of cucumber juice, spinach juice and beetroot juice. Together the juices help to relieve the stress and get rid of the headache. You need to drink the juice once a day for long term results.
If you experience the migraine headaches at night then you need to crush a few cabbage leaves and tie them in a cloth. Wrap the cloth around your head and leave it over night. Do this every night and you will experience the pains vanish within a few days.
Garlic is known for its detoxifying properties and is known to be effective in the cure of migraine pains. Consume a few pods of garlic or drink the juice daily to get overall health benefits.
