
High levels of blood pressure are creating breathing problems for me. Can I treat this problem by using some natural treatments?
High blood pressure level gives rise to many problems. People generally face breathing problem. Following are some home remedies which will help you out to lower the blood pressure:
1. One can take 1 tablespoon amla juice mixed with honey every morning daily to avoid high blood pressure.
2. Have garlic in any form as it is good for thrombosis, high blood cholesterol and helps in hardening of arteries.
3. Add cayenne pepper to half cup Luke warm water and drink it at the time you feel your blood pressure level is high.
4. Drink plenty of water to lower the blood pressure.
5. Some of the yoga asana are there which helps in maintaining blood pressure. They are suryanamaskar, makarasana, matsyasana, vajrasana, shavasana and pranayama.
6. mix onion juice and honey in same quantity and take 2 spoons of the mixture daily for a week, you will feel the difference.
7. Have oranges or papaya empty stomach if the blood pressure is too high.
8. Drink watermelon juice mixed with some salt and black pepper, for 3-4 days which will normalize your blood pressure.
9. Boiled potatoes are a good valuable food that helps in lowering the blood pressure.
