What causes nausea?
Most women complain of nausea or morning sickness during the first trimester of their pregnancy. Some of the other causes that cause nausea are diseases and infections. There are several oils that are safe to use in the cure of nausea. Peppermint oil is most commonly used. Ginger, nutmeg, fennel and anise are other oils that are commonly used.
These oils are used by using one drop in a glass of water and consuming it. They are safe to use directly on your skin and thus you can massage the oil on your abdomen. If the nausea is causing discomfort in the form of headaches or dizziness then you must apply a few drops of the oil on your temples and rest for a few minutes.
