Frankly enough it's just not that embarrassing. I have had psoriasis since the age of seven and I have gone through every last bit of the harsh treatment from peers that everyone says is so horrible. I have been called names and I have been discriminated against but I came to terms with it and I am now a very confident young woman. I am tired of the assumption that 'just because you have psoriasis you must have absolutely no self-confidence.' It doesn't always work that way.
