In this way water suppresses your appetite and helps to loose weight.

Instead of eating large meals you must eat smaller portions more often. In this way your body is able to digest all the foods that you eat and this reduces the amount of calories that your body absorbs. You must eat at 4 hour intervals to lose weight.

Eat foods that are nutritious as compared to foods that are high on calories and low on nutrition. Fiber dense foods aid digestion and increase bowel movements; in this way it helps to eliminate the excess foods from the body. You must eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains. Protein rich food like fish and chicken are healthy and they aid weight loss as well. You must avoid foods that are made with refined sugar and flour. You must watch the portions that you serve yourself. Eating smaller portions and stopping before your stomach feels full is the best diet regime that you can follow.
