As a child you always wonder what it feels like to be an adult and when you grow up you dread every part of it. When you are in your 40’s your blood pressure may become a reason for concern. You need to maintain your blood pressure naturally. High blood pressure or hypertension is very dangerous at this stage in your life as it can lead to heart attacks. Eat a healthy serving of nuts daily. Also include potatoes, avocadoes and apricots in your diet. Watch the amount of sodium or salt you consume. If you suffer from hypertension then a fresh fruit and vegetable diet is the best option for you.
