Lavender is extremely helpful in the cure of heartburn. Put the herbs in a cup and pour boiling hot water over the herbs and let it seep for a few minutes. You will notice the water turning a muddy brown color. Drain the water to get rid of the herbs and add sugar as per your taste and drink the blend to get relief from the heartburn.

If you are suffering from stomach cramps that are unbearable; you need to boil fennel seeds in water. Boil the mix for 20 minutes and then let it cool to a temperature that you can drink it.
