Be Wise With What You Eat

Ideally you should avoid eating after 9 pm or 2 to 3 hours before you sleep at night. Eating a few hours before bedtime gives your body time to digest all the food that you consume. This will have a positive impact on your health.

Eat foods that are low in fats and high in nutrition. Don’t be tempted by junk food. Instead of grabbing a bag of chips when you watch television with your family chop up a few fresh fruits and veggies; these are healthier options and will improve your health drastically.
