Roll your feet on a hard ball like a cricket ball or on marbles to give them a massage. Move your feet in a circular motion. You must also massage your feet regularly with a good foot cream.
If your feet are swollen after a long day; tie a few cubes of ice in a towel and tie them around your feet. This takes care of the swelling and gives distresses your feet.
Trim your toe nails regularly to avoid ingrowths. Make sure you remove the sharp edges and trim nails from one corner to the other.
