Simple Tips for Natural Healthy Glowing Skin

We all look at women with gorgeous skin that look like peaches and cream. While most of the ones that we see on our television sets are filled with botox and hours of makeup session, there are simple steps that we can all follow to get that kind of flawless skin.

The key to great looking skin is keeping it hydrated. Drink plenty of water and fresh juice. Always keep a bottle of water close to you; it acts as a constant reminder to drink the water. You must drink atleast 3 liters of water daily. The water helps to keep your skin moist and flushes out toxins from your body (these toxins create a havoc on your skin)

Moisturize your skin well. Use a deep penetrating moisturizer after your bath and after you wash your face. When you bathe your pores are open and this is the best time for the skin to absorb the nutrients that it requires. Never use soap on your face as it is normally very harsh and steals the natural oils from your skin. Use a face wash instead. Use warm or cold water instead of hot water on your face. Aloe Vera is the best moisturizer as it is a natural product. Use it in its natural form or in its gel form. Several cosmetic moisturizers are natural based too.

When you are exposing your skin to the sun; use a generous layer of sunscreen on all the exposed parts of your body. Avoid going to the beach to get a sun tan.

If you have an acne breakout or any skin rash then you must take care immediately to avoid it spreading to different parts of your skin. Take maximum care at this time to avoid eating oily food and junk food.

Wear makeup only when it is absolutely necessary. Always remove your make up at the end of the day with a make up remover rather than with soap and water.
