Stomach Infection- Cure It Naturally At Home
Nowadays the consumption of oily, spicy and junk foods have increased a lot. Chips, fries, burgers and other canned foods have become an integral part of our daily life, so as stomach disorders. There are several ways through which one can easily avoid stomach infection. The first and foremost way is to have fresh foods. Even if you are having canned foods, don’t forget to check their expiry date before you have them. Apart form having fresh foods it is also important to increase the intake of water. Water therapy works like miracle in case of stomach problems as it helps to drain out toxins from the body. If you are having a weak digestive system then you must try to avoid spicy and unhealthy foods.
Here are some home remedies to cure stomach infection:
Cumin Seeds: Crush some dried cumin seeds and have 1teaspoon of this with a glass of water. If you do this 3 times a day, then you will surely feel some relief.
Raw Banana: Raw banana is excellent in curing loose motions. So, boil some raw bananas, mash them and eat them. They do have a disgusting taste but they are too good for stomach disorders like diarrhea and bacterial infections. You can add some salt to it for a better taste.
Ginger: Ginger is also very essential in curing indigestion or problems related to stomach. For this, you just have to take a small piece of ginger and add to it, a pinch of sea salt along with a pinch of crushed black pepper. After you chew up this whole thing, drink a glass full of water.
Mint Leaves: Crush some mint leaves, strain it and extract the juice. Add 3 tablespoons of to a glass of plain water and drink it. This will reduce the stomach pain.
