Raw banana is excellent in curing loose motions. So, boil some raw bananas, mash them and eat them. They do have a disgusting taste but they are too good for stomach disorders like diarrhea and bacterial infections. You can add some salt to it for a better taste.
Ginger is also very essential in curing indigestion or problems related to stomach. For this, you just have to take a small piece of ginger and add to it, a pinch of sea salt along with a pinch of crushed black pepper. After you chew up this whole thing, drink a glass full of water.
Crush some mint leaves, strain it and extract the juice. Add 3 tablespoons of to a glass of plain water and drink it. This will reduce the stomach pain.
