Apple cider vinegar is another effective remedy that helps to fight knee pain. Mix a spoon of apple cider vinegar with honey and drink the blend. If the taste is too strong then you can add this to a cup of warm tea and drink it.
Exercising will help to get rid of the pain in your knees. Do not attempt any exercise until you have a certified instructor to help you out. Attempting an exercise without knowledge about it could lead to harming your knees. If you are attempting to train with weights then you must avoid lifting huge amounts of weight in order to protect your knees.
If you suffer from pain in the knees then I strongly recommend that you watch your weight. Gaining weight can lead to additional strain on your back and your knees and this will lead to an increase in the level of pain that you experience.
Curing knee pain with food
There are certain specific foods that will help to improve the pain in your knees. Start with eating plenty of fish like salmon and mackerel. These fish have Omega 3 fatty acids; this is beneficial to your health as they help to strengthen your bones.
Eating fruits that are rich sources of vitamin C are also beneficial to your health. Papayas, mangoes, kiwis, oranges and limes will help to increase the amount of vitamin C in your body and this cures knee pain naturally. It can also be used as a preventive measure.
