One of the most commonly found chronic diseases is stress. It creates problems for people especially all the aged once.

Some of the symptoms to judge this problem:

-Feeling of depression
-Poor concentration in work
-Intake of more a alcohol and smoking
-Agitation and great anger
-Feeling tired most of the time
-Heart related problems
-Headache
-Skin diseases
-Stomach ache

Best treatments for treating stress:

-Taking good amount of sleep at least for approx 8 hours.
-Relax yourself by either taking less amount of work load or by delegating work to the juniors.
-Undergo some meditation or a yoga camp for learning breathing exercises. They are a good source for releasing mental tension.
-One should avoid coffee and excessive alcohol as well. Both can cause stress related problems. Not just this undigested food is also a cause for stress so you should also avoid eating fried and other heavy food items
