It also ensures that your skin is healthy and clear of acne. Drinking water also increases the elasticity of your skin. Water gives your skin a youthful firmness. Although water provides you with all these benefits you must remember to drink water in the right manner. Do not drink water in between meals; doing so will increase your weight and add fat to the abdomen. Do not drink water immediately after exercising as it will lead to stomach cramps and a muscle pull.
