How can I reduce hangovers quickly?

There are various chemical medications for reducing hangover related problems. But it is always better to stick to natural treatments for better results. Here are some techniques:

1. Hydrate yourself: Because of alcohol you loose a lot of water from your body after drinking last night. Sports drink is a better option to reduce hangover as it contains electrolytes which re-hydrates your body quicker than having gallons of water. Once toxins are released through urine you will feel relaxed. As early you maintain fluid balance in your body, the faster you will feel better.

2. Sweat it out: If you are in a condition to go out, go for a run or a walk. Exercising will increase circulation and takes out those toxins out of your body. And thus your hangover will be gone.

3. Have sex: Sex releases endorphins and will be the best help for your hangovers and secondly you can burn off those extra calories you had last night.

4. Take vitamins: Vitamins and minerals gives you nutritional boost which you need to reduce hangovers. Or you can have a multivitamin supplement along with orange juice (rich in vitamin c). Don’t take any kind of supplements without the advice of your doctor.

You should concentrate on avoiding coffee, sweets and harmful medicines.
