Tips That Will Help your Skin Drastically

June 19, 2009

Every person has an image that they would like to keep and others strive to improve their features to attain that. For most men and women skin care seems to be the topmost reason of concern. No matter what your skin type is, you must maintain a healthy lifestyle with plenty of hydration for your skin and body; eat a balanced diet and exercise to keep up your appearances.

Cleaning your face is extremely important. You must wash your face regularly with warm water and soap to clean it and get rid of all the oil and dirt that may be hiding in your pores. Use a mild soap that helps to clean your skin without irritation.

Drinking water helps to hydrate your body and flushes out the toxins from your body. Instead of water you may have fresh fruit juices though it should not be used to replace your water intake. Also; keep in mind that caffeine is not good for your body or your skin and must be avoided.

Your make up kit must go through a regular clean up. Avoid using cosmetics that are more than 18 months old. Wash and disinfect your make up brushes regularly in order to avoid the spread of germs and bacteria.

Avoid using products that are oil based as they tend to clog your pores and make your complexion dry. Sunscreens and moisturizers that are oil based must be avoided.

Stress is one of the main factors that lead to deterioration of your skin. It can cause premature aging in the form of wrinkles and fine lines. Avoiding or sealing with stressors is the best thing you can do for your skin.

Last but not the least; you must avoid sleepless nights. Getting 7 to 8 hours of rest daily will help to improve your skin and reduce puffiness and dark circles under the eyes.
