
Everybody in his life experiences joint pain in one or more joints of our body. It is a common problem in people of almost all ages. Joint pain is a symptom of various joint and muscular disorders. The bones of our body are very helpful in proper movement of our body and therefore it is important to know about the factors which may lead to joint and muscular disorders.
Aged people beyond 60 years of age are always at higher risk of getting joint paint due to various reasons. Aging makes their muscles weak and hence they experience joint pain during body movement. In case of joint pain due to any reason it becomes very difficult to perform any type of physical activity.
Sometime the joint injury due to accident or some other reason may also be responsible for joint pain. A deficiency of minerals like calcium and zinc also leads to the problem of joint pain. Sometimes we get joint pain due to a prolonged consumption of some medications taken for the treatment of some other disease. Joint pain is a major symptom in case of arthritis. Prolonged consumption of unhealthy food, sedentary life pattern, lack of vitamins in the body etc. can also be the factors leading to joint disorders.
If you perform exercise on a regular basis and go for a morning walk daily, you have little chances of getting joint problems and therefore exercise and jogging are the key factors to avoid joint disorders. However the exercise must be done sensibly and under supervision of some expert to avoid adverse effects on the body. Over exercising is not a good practice.
Consumption of healthy food, fresh fruits and vegetables is good for keeping the joints healthy. You should take proper amount of vitamins, minerals, proteins and other important nutrients in the food. Consumption of excessive amount of alcohol and smoking increase the risk of getting joint disorders.
