Your skin reflects the lifestyle that you lead. From the number of hours to sleep to the food that you eat, if you want to get the details you just need to look at a person’s skin. It acts as a projection of your insides. The trick to heal thy looking skin is eating heal thy meals and having a healthy lifestyle.

You must start with foods that clog your insides and show results on the outsides. Some foods directly clog the pores on your skin. These include pasteurized dairy products, wheat, oils and refined sugar. You must replace these food groups with healthier options.

When it comes to oil, olive oil is the best option for cooking oil. Barley and millet and brown rice are better options to wheat and honey is a better option to refined sugars.

You must sweat to have healthier skin. This helps to eliminate oil and bacteria from your skin. When you sweat your pores open and you automatically clean your skin. However, you must wash your face regularly when you sweat to avoid your pores from getting clogged. Wash your face with warm water and soap when you are sweating.

Stay well hydrated. Drink plenty of water and flush out the toxins from your skin and body so that your skin stays healthy. When you flush out toxins from your body you are automatically getting rid of the germs and bacteria that cause harm to your skin.

Use coconut oil on your skin to keep it hydrated. The natural oils from the coconut add moisture to your skin and are known as an essential way of getting rid of germs that cause the infection like acne breakouts and pimples.

Avoid the direct sun as it causes premature aging in the form of wrinkles, age spots, fine lines and can lead to skin cancer. Always have a strong sun block when you are exposing your skin to the sun.
