Healthy and good looking hair play an important role in making us look beautiful. Healthy hair give us confidence while interacting with the people. However, keeping the hair healthy has become quit difficult in today’s world due to a dramatic change in our life style. The growing pollution in the environment and changing eating habits of people have posed a number of health complications.

Abnormal falling of hair, premature graying of hair, dandruff, etc are the problems which can be listed as hair problems in today’s scenario. The matter is more problematic for women who are comparatively more beauty conscious and take hair fall or graying of hair very seriously. In some cases this problem leads to the complications like stress and depression.

Earlier graying of hair was considered to be an indication of aging and at old age graying of hair was not taken as a problem. But the scenario is different today. These days the premature graying of hair has become a common problem for the people of all ages. In young generation it leads to other health complications and it spoils their overall look and makes them look older and less beautiful.

In order to avoid premature graying of hair, we have to trace out the main reason for this problem. The unhealthy living pattern, improper diet, sedentary style of living etc can lead to this problem. Though these is no health complication associated with graying of hair but they spoil the beauty of the person and hence cause a serious problem for beauty conscious people, especially for young generation.

Amla is one of the best things that can be used to keep the hair healthy. It is one of the most commonly used home remedies. Daily consumption of alma in different forms keeps the hair healthy. It is very helpful in treatment of various other disorders also. Amla based hair oil is like a tonic for the hair. It avoids the premature graying of hair and keep them look beautiful for ever. Coconut oil is equally beneficial. Regular use of coconut oil keeps our hair healthy.
