Tips to Make your Skin Look Younger

Rarely a woman reveals her true age. Most often she will choose to minus 5 to 7 years from her age. No matter how hard you try it is only one thing that reveals your true age and that is your skin healthy skin can make you look younger than you are. There are several things that you can do to help you to look younger and have healthier skin.

Let’s start with your vices. If you smoke then that’s the first thing that will cause you to look older. The hot puffs of smoke cause premature aging by adding wrinkles and fine lines to your face. You need to quit to save face, literally. The next vice would be alcohol. It causes puffiness in your skin and causes it to sag. You need to give that one up too. The next would be a caffeine addition or dependence. If you are the kind of person who needs coffee to wake up in the morning or in the early evening to give you an energy boost then you are not going to like what you read ahead. Coffee can cause havoc on your face by increasing your chances of pimples and zits on your face.

Now let’s talk about your diet. The first thing you need to do is drink plenty of water. This helps you to stay hydrated. Water also increases the elasticity of your skin and promotes cell renewal. Another thing you need to do is eat plenty of fruits, they add to your water levels and at the same time the various minerals and vitamins in your skin help to increase your beauty and delays aging. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt and butter milk in your diet. Vegetables are good for your skin too. Fish adds protein to your diet and hence is beneficial for your skin.

Follow a good beauty regime and use as many natural products as possible. Avoid using chemical based or alcohol based products.
