Always use sunscreen when you are outdoors. The sun causes damage to your skin causing sun burn, age spots and tans that can lead to skin cancer. Protect your eyes with sunglasses so that you avoid fine lines and wrinkles around your eyes. The ultra violet rays of the sun cause skin cancer and sun burns and hence you must take care when you expose yourself to the sun. Prevent sun damage as far as possible to take care of the issue. If you are suffering from a sun burn then you must keep you skin well hydrated; internally as well as externally.

To prevent wrinkles
Use an oats face pack and scrub. Wash the oats ands drain the water from it. Rub it against your skin in circular motions. Do not rub it hard but massage it gently into your skin. Rinse it off with cold water. After this soak a cotton ball in cold milk and wipe it all over your face. This will help to moisturize your face. You can also slather your skin with butter and wash it off after about 30 minutes. Vitamin E oil is an excellent solution for wrinkles around your eyes and on your face.

Mix 1 drop of rose oil with 1 drop of geranium oil and massage it all over your skin. You must keep this on your skin for the entire night and wash it off in the morning with a regular face wash. Be careful not to let the oil enter your eyes.

A simple yet effective way of preventing wrinkles is by washing off your make up before you go to sleep at night. The make up that you wear clogs your pores during the day as well as attracts dirt and pollution. This causes your pores to get blocked and prevents oxygen from reaching your skin. A good way to take care of this issue is to have a good beauty regime where you cleanse, tone and moisturize your face regularly.
