Smoking can harm both you as well as the fetus. Hence, it is suggested to quit smoking. Also, avoid being around people, who is smoking as secondhand smoke is also considered to be asthma triggers. Second hand smoke can also result in various health complications and asthma in children.
Avoid Large Meals
If you have signs of gastroesophageal reflux such as heartburn then avoid intake of large meals. Also, do not lie down right after eating.
