Cycling has one of the top health benefits of helping to maintain strength and coordination. It helps in a way to reduce injuries from falls and is particularly good in the case of old people. By promoting strength and coordination cycling has helped to reduce the percentage of hip fractures.

Cycling helps to improve the strength of people thereby improving their mobility and making their bodies more flexible and preventing falls and injuries to them.

Cyclists have the top most health benefit of breathing in lesser fumes than car drivers. They also help by giving out no fumes and help to make the environment pollution free.
