
Sleep apnea is a disruption of breathing while asleep. It is a sleeping disorder which most of the people have while sleeping and they don’t know that they have it. And if it is left untreated , this common disorder can become life threatening. People with sleep apnea are deprived of oxygen due to complete blockage of airways which can have a major impact on health. There are two types of sleep apnea:
-Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)
-Central sleep apnea (CSA)
If you are suspecting from sleep apnea, some steps must be followed in order to cure it that are:
Doing regular breathing exercise:
In order to cure sleep apnea person must do regular exercise of breathing early in the morning in open area.
Sleep on your side:
People suffering from this cause must sleep on their own side as it can produces loud snores because of blockages.
Elevate the head of your 4-6 inches:
This measure can alleviate snoring and make breathing easier.
Maintain regular sleep hours:
Person effected from this cause must maintain his regular sleep schedule in order to cure it.
Use a nasal dilator, breathe right strips or saline nasal spray to help open nasal passages.
