Lightheadedness is a result of dizziness and loss of mass in the head. This condition leads to the perception of the person about to faint; however that may not always be the case. In some cases this condition occurs daily and leads to loss of productivity. Some of the common reasons that lead to this condition include lack of oxygen to the brain, dehydration, over exposure to the sun, low blood pressure and diarrhea. This condition could also be a symptom of a serious condition like a stroke or any other heart related disorder.

When you begin to feel light headed the first thing you need to do is to drink plenty of water. Your body seeks hydration at this time and water is the best resource you have to offer it. After you have had some water you need to eat some food that is high in sugar. You may also add a few spoons of sugar to the water that you drink in order to increase your sugar content. A drink that is high in vitamin C is an effective remedy. These are simple and immediate remedies in order to get rid of the lightheadedness instantly.

Fatigue is caused due to over exertion or lack of nourishment. It can be treated with a variety of natural remedies. Though the best remedy for this condition is to get as much rest as possible there are other remedies that you need to take in conjunction with resting well.

You need to eat a balanced diet with plenty of fish, red and white meats and vegetables and fruits. These give you all the nutrients and vitamins that you body needs to be healthy and avoid feeling uneasy. You also need to maintain your hydration levels. Though I recommend drinking only water in order to stay hydrated; fresh fruit and vegetable juices are also effective in increasing hydration levels.

If you suffer from chronic fatigue then you may want to give up on any vices like smoking, alcohol or use of drugs. These are a serious health hazard and may be the causes of your condition. Exercising regularly increases the body’s stamina and this in turn helps the body to cope with exertion and stress.
