Varied usefulness of apple cider vinegar for health

Apple cider vinegar also known as cider vinegar is a type of vinegar made from apple or cider, which has a pale to medium yellowish-brown/ orange color. It is extremely popular due to the health benefits of the vinegar as well as the beautifying properties. Apple cider vinegar acts as a remedy for gout, acne problem, dull complexion, arthritis, high cholesterol, candida, weight loss, allergies, burns and many other ailments.Gout pain: Mix a tbsp of honey with 1 tbsp of distilled water and 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and drink it twice a day after meals. Within a week, one can feel the relief he will get from gout.

Arthritis: Blend 2 cups of apple cider vinegar with a cup of honey and 6 cloves of garlic until it becomes smooth and then place it in the fridge. Mix one tablespoon of this mixture with a glass of warm water and drink it. This is a very effective remedy for arthritis.

Weight loss: Apple cider vinegar has been used as a remedy for weight loss since centuries.  Mix 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar with 2 tbsp of honey in a glass of water just before meals. There is no rapid weight loss, and it can slowly be understood over a period of time.

Acne problem: By drinking apple cider vinegar as a tonic or by applying it on the acne skin, one can cure oneself from the troubles of acne on the skin. This vinegar works wonders in acne treatment.

Allergies: Allergic reaction is the unusual answer of the immune system to any unfamiliar harmless intruder. In allergies like hay fever where the symptoms are frequent sneezing, runny nose, itchy swollen watery eyes, itchy sensation in nose, ears, lips, mouth and throat apple cider vinegar is extremely useful. Mix 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in 250 ml (1 glass) of water and gulp it at once. This is to be repeated 2-3 times a day.

Candida: The results of apple cider vinegar on candida yeast infection are excellent. Apple cider vinegar along with rich nutrients like green salads, raddish, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumber, tomato, spinach, mustard greens, and lettuce has good effects in curing candida. However, some foods should not be taken during this period of time like artificial ingredients, any bad oils (like soy oil, corn oil, and sotton seed oil), aspartame and other artificial sweeteners etc.

High Cholesterol: Apple cider vinegar is a natural remedy of high cholesterol with no side effects. 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar along with a glass of juice or with salads everyday help in reducing cholesterol effectively.
