
Sometimes it happens that even without eating food it feels as if you will vomit but that might not happen. Rather you can cure this problem just by eating something. There are some remedies as well by which you can prevent vomiting:
1. Drink mixture of water and honey slowly sip by sip.
2. One can have Ginger tea / peppermint tea to prevent vomiting.
3. Drink chilled glass of lime juice. It is an excellent remedy for vomiting.
4. Drink mixture of honey (1 tea spoon), ginger juice (1/2 tea spoon), lime juice (1 tea spoon) and mint juice (1 tea spoon) daily empty stomach early in the morning.
5. Take 2 cardamoms, roast them, and make it in the form of powder, mix them with 1 tsp of honey and take it immediately.
6. Sip black coffee to settle down the stomach to make you feel better.
7. Drink fresh pineapple juice + a pinch of ginger + ½ tea spoon of organic sugar two – three times a day.
8. Take 1 cup of water + ½ tea spoon lime juice + ½ tea spoon sugar + ¼ tea spoon of baking soda. Mix and drink.
9. Eat oranges along with black salt it will help in preventing the feeling of vomiting.
10. Take half spoon of ajwain powder (bishops weed) and drink a glass of water after it.
