Any person would like to be healthy. Being healthy is a dream come true for most of us. The health benefits of chives are many and anyone who wants to be healthy must eat chives or a product of the onion family daily.

Chives has the capacity to prevent infection. If someone has hurt himself and does not find an ointment to put on the wound he could just put a paste of chives on it to get that anti-bacterial and anti-fungal protection. Chives mixed with vinegar and juiced can be applied externally on age spots, warts and freckles. If people want to protect themselves from internal infections they could eat chives daily.

Anyone can eat chives daily and remain healthy because it’s high sulphur content aids in better circulation of blood in the body. It helps in case of high blood pressure and cholesterol problem also. If chives are not available any other member of the onion family would be equally good.

Research states that if anyone eats chives daily it would benefit his he would benefit his respiratory system and help overcome tiredness and fatigue. Chives would also help he digestion of fatty foods. Besides if anyone eats chives daily he would be able to reduce his weight and overcome problems of obesity. Anyone wanting to avoid or lessen fluid retention can also take chives daily.

Eat chives daily after an attack of flu or fever and feel stimulated and healthy. The appetite of the person will improve. having chives daily is an effective and preventive remedy for differnet cancers especially prostrate cancer.

Anyone eating chives with their flowers daily are sure to get high Vitamin C, folic acid and potassium. Besides,it has Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, B2, calcium, phosphorus and iron. Eating chives offers thatprotective shield against heart diseases, strokes and other stomach problems.

Anyone wanting to be healthy should eat chives daily.
