Our cortisone levels are maximum up to about 9 am after which it declines to some extent. However it is enough to support our daily activities and declines rapidly at sunset. It is best for one to go to bed by 10 pm. Physical repairs are maximum between that time and 2 am next day. After 2 am the repairs are mainly on the mental angle and ends at sunrise.
The next important way to enjoy a good and healthy life is to build up an effective life-style. Most of the people today lead sedentary life-styles sitting and working at the table or computer.
